M33 uses the collective buying power of its Collaborative Client Network to negotiate rates. Once a new client is accepted into the Network, that company immediately benefits from reduced transportation costs.
Each client also benefits from M33’s proprietary Transportation Management System (TMS). By adopting such technology, client companies gain real-time visibility across their transportation operations.
Each client is assigned a team of Logistics Coordinators (LCs) who monitor and co-manage the company’s freight activities to ensure they’re reaching peak efficiencies and on-time customer deliveries.
LCs are linked to their clients by instant messaging system, enabling them to serve as a quality control measure by addressing potential problems before they become customer service issues.
LCs also use M33’s TMS to flag network-wide collaborative opportunities whenever they arise. Such cost-saving measures include mode optimization, roundtrip coordination, and multi-company consolidation. Members of M33's Client Network also enjoy more accurate freight bill audits that minimize carrier overcharges.
