CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
 
When it comes to transforming your transportation into your competitive advantage, it is important for us to know what we can do better and what we are already doing well. To facilitate this, we have implemented a careful system that allows us to gather information from our partners concerning how satisfied they are with their integrated solution. 
 
Right after implementation of the M33 Integrated Solution with a new company, we evaluate how effectively we have trained everyone that will interact with our Transportation Management System (TMS).
 
Next, we ask our partners to give us a quarterly progress report so that we can gauge the efficiency of our customized co-management system.
 
Then, we conduct a bi-annual Customer Satisfaction Survey where we ask our partners to identify any areas or concern, improvement or praise on our part.
