Here are some common questions about how our technology works for our partners:
 

Isn’t M33’s TMS just a duplication process that only increases the amount of time necessary for routing freight?
Support functions for logistical operations usually shift as M33’s Technology and Co-Management systems streamline critical tasks such as quote requests across multiple carriers, rate confirmation retrieval, carrier contact for routing, time spent tracking and web-tracing multiple sites, problem resolution, carrier meetings, delivery confirmation retrieval, and auditing/payment.
 

I’m not very tech-savvy. I use e-mail and use the internet, but I’m not comfortable learning to navigate complex and confusing new software systems. Does this rule me out as a potential partner?
Partners who simply key in their shipping data will attest that the order entry process is simple and fast, and is extremely user-friendly.  The progress and continuous improvement of our Technology has been driven over the years from recommendations and ideas of system users. The web-based TMS operates as easy as surfing a website.  And in case a partner ever has trouble, their dedicated Logistics Coordinator is monitoring all live activity and can assist as needed.
 

What does “Co-management” mean?
Our Network partners are able to utilize the latest in web-based technology and the benefits of experienced live support. Because of our Technology, we can integrate their distribution channels to maximize collective freight activity and leverage collaborative efforts.  
 
But cost savings are only part of the equation.  We understand that our Partners can’t manage what they can’t measure. So our team works with network members to make certain they maintain a high level of visibility and more accurate reporting. This helps them to manage small problems before they become customer service issues. Still, most of our partners admit that their main focus is not, and should not be, transportation. That’s why each of our partners is assigned a dedicated Logistics Coordinator that serves as a quality controller and helps to co-manage day-to-day transportation operations.
